Protein purification with protein-protein interaction

Hi everybody,

I have a N-his tagged protein and want to use it to enrich nuclar proteins.
Therefor I wnat to immobilize the his tagged protein on Ni-NTA agarose,
let the nuclear proteins bind and at the end elute the bound proteins.
Does anyone have a suggestion to my idea? Can I do the whole prozedure in
a spin column.
