Superscript/RNAsin

Dear Keith,

I don't know about use of RNAsin with superscriptII but if you take a look
at Clontech Smart PCR kit, they say to avoid use of RNAsin. Also to other
users that try to use clontech smart I have to say that in fact CAP finder
primer efficiency is directly related to use of Gibco BRL RT (it's a RT
that add GGGGGG ! I try other RT just like expand Boehringer and it does
not work!).
