Many thanks to Sam Lee and also to Lou Hom who emailed me with the
information.  The name of the titer kit is:
BacPAK Baculovirus Rapid Titer Kit (cat # K1599-1).  The kit costs 605 SFr
or about $400 for 5 assays (!!!)
