DNA extraction for PCR

Hello all.

I have a problem amplifying DNA extracted from decapods. Do the use of
proteinase K somewhat inhibit polymerase even if a phenol extraction is
perform ? The DNA is precipipated with LiCl and resuspend in TE.  Is there a
potential problem there ?

any help would be greatly apreciated
