Yes, you can store PCR for TA cloning. But Taq continues to modify the ends of PCR products after then end of cycling. If you don't use the PCR product *immediately,* you should do 1X chloroform extraction to kill the Taqpol! Then freeze. Otherwise I'd freeze on dry ice and store at -70 (maybe?) Gregg
