TA cloning (the secret)

Yes, you can store PCR for TA cloning. But Taq continues to modify the ends of
PCR products after then end of cycling. If you don't use the PCR product
*immediately,* you should do 1X chloroform extraction to kill the Taqpol! Then
freeze. Otherwise I'd freeze on dry ice and store at -70 (maybe?)
