I currently use Amersham's Hybond ECL membrane for Western blotting. I use Amersham's ECL system and am switching to Super Signal by Pierce. Does anyone have experience using other vendors of nitrocellulose such as Bio-Rad, Schleicher & Schuell, etc. Any comments would be appreciated. Susan
