Q:DNase1 digestion before RT-PCR

Hi, Andy:
I use Ambion DNase1. After in vitro transcription, I use DNase1 to digest
DNA template. The RNA samples were confirmed free of DNA contamination
with PCR. You can check their website: www.ambion.com
