Hi netters! I'm looking for a protocol for plant rna extraction without the use of phenol. Amount required is that enough for a Northern. I know of the Qiagen Plant RNeasy kit...but am wondering if there are alternatives that doesn't involve kits. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jimmy
