Syk: problems to express in e. coli

I have problems in expressing Syk, a tyrosinkinase in e. coli strains
JM109, bl21(DE3) and bl21(DE3)pLysS.

Although the plasmid ist quite stable (pRSETA-HisTag) I in bl21, I
cannot get any overexpression after Induction with IPTG (0.5 mM).

Has anybody experience in expression Syk or other mammalian
tyrosinkinases in e. coli ?
