mRNA secondary structure plots

Hi all, 
I'd like to draw some mRNA secondary struture plots because I want 
to find out where in the structure some antisense oligos might bind.
know about a tool in the GCG package that I can output to a HPGL 
file.

Is anyone aware of a tool to produce a RASMOL file or another 
optically more impressing output?
