Mammalian expression library needed

We want to use expression cloning by trasfecting plasmids into mammalian
cells
and screening.
We need a eukaryotic cDNA expression library preferably derived from NIH
3T3
cells or other fibroblasts driven by a strong pomoter such as CMV or
SV40. Most
of the commercial libraries use prokaryotic expression (such as lamda
gt11) and
are not suitable. If anyone has such a library or a lead, please respond
by
