Hello People in our lab working with Drosophila as well as other insects, share problems with Northern-blots using larvae. After probing, the expected signals are obtained but whatever the ARNm extraction technique, some degradation is also observed. Have anyone already encounter this problem and could help us in some way ? Thanks a lot
