Streptavidin/Neutravidin coated microtiter plates

I am looking for the following:

1.  Streptavidin or neutravidin coated microtiter plates that can be read in a
standard fluorometer.  Has anyone tried the ones sold by Pierce?

2.  Streptavidin or neutravidin coated PCR microtiter plates that can be used
in a thermocycler.  If not, has anyone had experience making their own?

3.  ANY plate that can be used in both a 96 well thermocycler AND a
fluorometer?
