Thank you for reply! I re-tranformated novablue cell with pEGFP-N1 without extra band (580 bp) or plasmid with insert and strange band. After miniprep, that strange band shaw up in all of samples. Maybe the novablue cell has been contaminated. I should try to re-transformate another strain. Thank you, Guys!
