Does anybody have experience in phosphorylation of library proteins? We want to modify the yeast two-hybrid system for the identification of tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins that would bind to SH2-Domains on our bait protein. Does anybody know a useful kinase which promotes the tyrosine phosphorylation of library proteins? Thanks in advance.
