Prokaryotic expression vector pKK223-2

I would like to know if anyone has the plasmid pKK223-2, an expression
vector,  with the Tetracyclin resistant marker on it.  We would like to
express a gene inserted into the plasmid pKK233-2  in salmonella strain
TA 100 which already contains the plasmid pMK101 with the Ampicillin
gene.
