Help. Factor Xa digestion

 Dear all:

I have expressed my peptide of interest with GST fusion, but it was in
the inclusion.
I have some problem with the refolding of this product. So, I think
about cleaving my peptide out when it was in the present of guanidine
HCl.

Anyone know that if Factor Xa can make a specific digestion in the
guanidine HCl. The condition I may use is 0.5M guanidine HCl in 50mM
Tris-HCl pH 8.0.
