Thank you all for replying my question. I have another question about
electronic transformation. In my lab, there is a E.coil Pulser made by
Bio-Rad. It's voltage can be set in a range of 0-2500V. Can I use it to
transform eukariotic cells by setting up the voltage to 1500kv as Short
Protocol for Molecular Biology section 9-2(third edition)? For electronic
methode can obtain more stable recombinant than other chemical methodes.
