could anybody help me? i wish to amplify an 8kb fragment from equine genomic DNA using Dynazyme II and i was wondering if anyone had a protocol, ie PCR cycles and conditions etc, for such a method. i use a perkin elmer 480 thermal cycler. many thanks steven mcfarlane
