Hello there, Could someone, please, send me a method for immunoprecipitation assays using bacterial cells. I will be using a HA-tagged protein that has been expressed in E. coli cells and an anti-HA mouse monoclonal antibody. If that works I will try to coimmunoprecipitate (HA-tagged protein + protein).
