need help with BACs

We need help with cloning into BACs.  Our lab is currently working with an
unculturable mycoplasma species.  We want to clone it into BACs for
obvious resons.  We chose BACs over cosmids because mycoplasma genomes are
AT rich and we were worried about deletions that might occur in cosmids.  

We have plenty of questions and not too many answers.  If any one has some
words of wisdom, potential pitfalls, and even sources for the BACs, we
would appreciate any information.
