need help, cell transform

I am looking for a good protocel for cell transformation, especially
transforming primary cell to cell lineage.

We have the protocol for electroporation, but we don't have
electroporater. Transfection or drug-induced transform are more suitable
to us.

Please let me know, if you have a good and easy one.
