Mycoplasma detection in cell culture

Hi. Severa=F6 manufacturers offer PCR kits for this purpose. A cheap 
and fast alternative would be staining with H33258 (bis 
benzimidazole). You'll see the mycoplasma under the fluorescence 
microscope (at 100x magnification and illumination with UV).
