This is the Idaho Scientific's Light Cycler now marketed by Boehringer/Roche.
I have played with one and it seems to be way cool. The capillary tubes are
kind of inconvenient but wow, what  a machine.

BTW, I am the quantitative RT-PCR guy at Ambion.
