Hi all! I was currently using Qiagen RN(very)easy Plant Mini Kit for RNA extraction from grasses and subsequent RT-PCR. It worked fine. However, to perform Northern's the yield is at the lower limit (5ug in 30ul actually far away from what Qiagen promises) and I am thinking about switching to another extraction method/kit with higher yield. Any suggestions? Thanks Beat
