Lac Z w/o polylinker

	I am in search of a lac Z cassette without the polylinker.  The
lacZ is to server as a marker in a plasmid displacement system -- so that
cells containing two plasmids can be identified using a single antibiotic
and blue/white screening....any help is appreciated.
