Antisense RNA plasmids

I would like to express an antisense RNA in cell culture and I am unsure
of what vectors I can use. Is it just a matter of using any vector used
in protein expression and presuming that the antisense orientation will
be transcribed but not translated. I was thinking of using one of the
tetracycline inducible plasmids from Clontech. Any advice would be much
 appreciated.
