Break into?  I order to use the internet 2, one would have to have a
direct physical connection to the 'backbone".  If you do not then you be
able to get onto the internet 2 via a gateway(small pipe).  Think of it
this way. The backbone is a big pipe with a large 10 foot diameter, and
the gateway is just a small 2 inch pipe.  You will therefore not realize
its speed.
