pAS2s are they twins?

Hi,

I have a serious problem I tried to amplify a segment of the pAS2
vector (obtained from T. Elledge) I got nothing. My primers are based
on the sequence information published by Clontech....and now I suspect
that they are not identical at the sequence level despite the names of
them. The maps are identical....so I do not know.
Could anybody help me out there?
