Using Shampoo for Blots?

Yup, tried it.  Unimpressed.  0.25% milk in 6X SSC works better and is
just as easy, cheap, reliable and reproducible.  Plus it doesnt make
the whole lab smell like a hair salon! 8-)

Further, as a colleague pointed out, what if they change the formula
of the shampoo...
