Looking for Protaminobacter rubrum/Pseudomonas mesoacidophila MX-45

Hi all!

Does anybody know where I could get Protaminobacter rubrum/
Pseudomonas mesoacidophila MX-45 from. They don't have it at
DSMZ or ATCC and since I am a plant guy I don't know where
else to look.
Any hints will be appreciated.
