Hi, I have a simple question: Can "high" amount RNA (or mRNA), say 1ug/ul, inhibit either reverse transcription reaction or PCR in 50ul RT-PCR reaction. The RNA (or mRNA) is from culture cells isolated with BM or Qiagen RNA (or mRNA) isolation kit. Your input is highly appreciated. Thanks Mark
