Stable transfectants in Jurkat cells

Hi Oskar,
We just did that. The only way that worked in our hand was Qiagen´s
Superfect reagent (no affiliation). It does not give a high number of
transiently transfected cells (only about 1%), but that is no problem
when making stable transfections because you select anyway. All other
methods failed.
