Stable transfectants in Jurkat cells

Oskar,

	I have been able to achieve higher expression using DMRIE-C
from GIBCO (no affiliation); in fact much higher activity seen than
with superfect.  Since you are achieving better transfection
transiently, one would conclude that the chances of obtaining stable
integrates would increase as well.
