Hello, every netters. I want to eliminate starch from rice seed sections(But I should conserve RNA). Initially, I guessed a-amylase treatment. But, It isn't easy to find RNase-free a-amylase. Can anyone suggest another method or how to get RNase-free a-amylase to me? Thanks in advance. from Jongmin.
