Please help

Dear netters,

I have been extracting RNAs from the hole body of earthworm using Prommega's 
Total RNA Isolation System. Unfortunately, what I got was only a small RNA band 
ranging 5S or 4S on agarose gel and the amount was only one tenth less than that 
expected compared with nornal output. I believe there must be somthing wrong¡£

Any helps and suggestions will be appreciated.
