Enzymes digesting LPS in E. coli?

Hi all,

	We are doing Western on whole cell lysate (E. coli) and found out that
LPS is interfering with our protein.  One thing we can think of is to
digest away the LPS.  So, is there any enzyme or mixture of enzymes that
can digest away LPS in E. coli?  Also, any other suggestion that removes
LPS from the whole cell lysate would be greatly appreciated.
