Simultaneous RNA + DNA extraction?

Hi,

Is there any method that allows _simultaneous_ extraction of RNA and DNA
from the very same sample? I have some problems with the availability of
the species (small arthropod), and probably will need to get a cDNA and
gDNA library out of the same material.
