I have to do a Northern blot and I have been told of a simpler protocol
to run the RNA on the agarose gel
containing TEB, Etidium bromide and Guanidine isotiocianate.
This method work well to separate and visualize RNA, but I do not know
if there could be any problems when transferring the RNA to the nylon
membrane.
Does anyone have already proved it?

Thanks for the answer
