: I have received a gene which has been cloned into a pUB110 vector.  I want
: to transform this into competent DH5-alpha cells.  I know that the pUB
: vector is a B. subtilis vector.  Will this tranformation work in

Hi, Mary:

pUB110 can not replicate in E.coli. You should transfor it into
B. sub by Sp or other methods.
