Hi, I am unsuccessful in purifying a His-tagged protein expressed in E. coli. I am using the INVITROGEN pRSET plasmid + resin system without any product at the end. I was using the Invitrogen protocol. Positive controls do work, however. Any idea what to try changing? Any system better than the resin? Thanks B.
