ultracentrifugation problem - urgent- sorry!

Hi all.

We were running a sucrose gradient (using a swing out rotor) when the 
centrifuge had a failure last night. This morning we 
restarted the machine. The brake was not activated and the 
refrigeration was on all the time. 

What troubles concerning the gradient may we have to expect?
