I'm looking for a vector containing an IRES (internal ribosome entry site) compatible with the tTA (or rtTA) tetracycline-controlled transcription activation system. I'm aware of the Clontech pIRES vectors. I was wondering if anyone knew of a similar vector but also containing multiple tet operator sequences (tetO) fused to the CMV promoter. Thank you.
