If you have an access to preparative SDS-PAGE apparatus by Bio-Rad
(called "Prep-Cell") and a fraction collector, that is a good bet.
You can load up to 6 milligrams
of total protein and run the tube gel overnight, collecting fractions
in Laemmli running buffer. Works nicely after small optimization.
