hybridization with microsatelliet probe

I had tried to find microsatellites based on Edwards's procedur 
(biotechniques 20: 758-760). Microsatellite enrichment using 
microsatellite oligonucleotides cross linked to nylon filter pieces as 
probe (I used heat fixation) was not successfull.
I think there is a problem with the  hybridization because I couldn't 
find the microsatellite from my white colonies ( I had sequenced 10 
white colonies)
There is anybody else with same problem?
