Whole COS Cell SDS PAGE

I have had problems with genomic DNA on SDS-PAGE, as well as partially
denatured products.  Definately (as the previous posts suggests) add
some more BME or DTT and SDS.

You might want to think about an acetone, TCA or MeOH:CHCl3 extraction.
You can search these archives for more info on those methods.

You may also want to look at Biotechniques 20:662-668.
