k-off's in viscous solutions

Hi all,

With reference to phage display selections using glycerol during
incubation, I was wondering if anyone out there has measured the effect
of glycerol on antibody/antigen binding especially in terms of altered
k-on/k-off values. Intuitively, it would seem that an increase in the
viscosity imposed by co-solvents would slow down the off-rate (and
on-rate ?), but has anyone acutally measured it ?
