determination of glucose, ammonia and lactic acid in animal culture medium

Dear all,

I am looking for a chemical ou biochemical protocol to quantify the
concentration of:
glucose,
ammonia and
lactic acid

in  hibridoma cell culture in a RPMI 1 % serum culture medium.

Can any one give me any help with this?  (protocols, references....)
