Hi all, About a year ago I was using a protocol for running denaturing agarose gels for Northern blots that uses Hepes, instead of MOPS, and 1% formaldehyde. We have moved the lab since then and now I can't find the protocol. Does anybody have the reference? Thanks Miguel
