Promega is offering a complete kit. Fairly expensive. However, they also
offer the p53-derived oligopeptide separately. The protocol is available
online and if you prepare all the buffers yourself, use Whatman P81
membranes and activated calf thymus DNA, you'll get the assay for much less
money.
